the building

The building dates to 1903 and sits in Hudson, NY’s stately historic district steps from the Amtrak Station and overlooking the Hudson River and Catskill Mountains. The four floors, 5000 square feet each, have studio and office spaces designed and specially wired for editing suites and post production studios.

Co-Founders Tony Stone and Melissa Auf der Maur have created a totally unique Upstate New York work environment for creative enterprises. River House offers teams the chance to be a part of a new, more mindful and collaborative way of producing work.

River House provides unique incentive for creative projects to make their home in Hudson. While serving the growing creative economic resurgence underway in the broader region, River House also provides local residents a way to access and establish themselves within this sector.
